Refund policy

At Tiny Tornado Threads, it is our aim to deliver quality products. This is why we carefully inspect and curate the clothing we provide. Once each item is inspected and photographed, it is uploaded to the website. Every flaw will be listed in the item description. Photos attached form part of the description. Please read the entirety of the description to ensure the item is right for you. 

Due to the second-hand nature of our business, Tiny Tornado Threads is unable to offer refunds for simply change of mind or items that do not fit. Measurements for items are available on request. However, Tiny Tornado Threads will address any concerns with the customer where the item is damaged or does not match the item description upon arrival. Please inspect your items once received and email us within 7 days of receiving your order if any items are damaged or incorrect. We will assess the situation and facilitate a return smoothy and swiftly. Once Tiny Tornado Threads has received and confirmed your return, you will be informed as to whether a refund has been approved. The refunded amount will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
