Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice.

Orders

It is important to carefully review your order at each stage of the process. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your items and payment, thus establishing a contract. 

Once your order has been confirmed and shipping details entered and processed, you will receive a notification with a tracking number after dispatch.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as resource constraints, item unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery delays, we will notify you and no charges will be incurred.

Incorrect information provided during ordering, leading to delivery errors is not our responsibility and Tiny Tornado Threads is not liable for any resulting loss or damage. 

Product Availability

All our products are preloved and preworn. If an item shown on our website is out of stock, you will be unable to complete an order. If somehow you do, Tiny Tornado Threads will reach out to you to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Cancelling an Order

We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatch, which typically occurs within 1-3 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, returns are not accepted. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy.
